Crocs hires Erinn Murphy as senior VP, investor relations and corporate strategy, effective Sept. 5. Murphy comes to the company from investment bank Piper Sandler, where she most recently served as managing director of consumer equity capital markets, leading Piper Sandler's global lifestyle brand coverage across nearly 30 stocks, including Crocs. "Erinn brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise, having spent several years covering footwear and consumer sectors. Her deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and investor dynamics will further strengthen Crocs' investor relations efforts," said Crocs executive VP and chief financial officer Anne Mehlman.

Syngenta Group, an agricultural tech company, promotes Saswato Das to chief communications officer. Das joined the company in November 2020 as head of media relations. He previously served as VP of corporate communications at IBM and has also held senior communications posts at ABB, CA Technologies and SAP. He replaces Christoph Sieder, who is stepping down from the position after three years to pursue other opportunities. “With his deep knowledge of the company, extensive experience and strong international track record, we are convinced that he will continue to build on and further accelerate the progress we have made,” said Syngenta Group CEO Erik Fyrwald.

TVP Communications, a Colorado-based agency that works with higher education clients, promotes Kristine Maloney to vice president. Maloney was previously an assistant VP at the firm. Before joining TVP, she was director, national communications and media relations at College of the Holy Cross. In her new role, she will continue to forge partnerships with clients and lead the development and execution of strategic media relations and thought leadership plans, as well as playing an integral role in advancing data-driven measurement and reporting practices. She also serves as a co-editor and contributor for the Inside Higher Ed blog, Call to Action, which explores the marketing and communications for higher education and the collegiate experience through a variety of industry voices.
