Altice USA names Jennifer Garrett CMO for its Optimum brand, a new post at the company. Garrett most recently served as head of marketing for Charter Communications’ Spectrum Enterprise unit. Before joining Charter in 2018 she was at Cox Communications, holding a range of position, including SVP, digital marketing and national sales. In her new position, Garrett will have responsibility for the Optimum brand and value proposition, in addition to working to acquire customers and amplify awareness of Optimum products across all business channels. “She is an exceptional leader and innovator with a proven track record of building top-performing teams and bringing businesses to new levels,” said Altice USA EVP, chief growth officer Leroy Williams.

Crosstree, an investment banking firm that works with health sciences companies, brings on Sandra Callahan as its first chief marketing and growth officer. Callahan most recently served as SVP, head of corporate marketing brand and communications for strategic consulting company Eliassen Group. Before that, she was head of corporate marketing at accounting firm CliftonLarsonAllen. In her new role, Callahan will support the execution of Crosstree's vision and growth plans by elevating and enhancing the firm's brand and deal origination strategy. “We couldn't be more pleased to add Sandra's expertise to our executive team to help us achieve our ambitious targets," said Crosstree co-founder and managing director Shane Senior.

The National Marine Manufacturers Association hires Anheuser-Busch director of corporate communications Molly Drenkard to serve as the organization’s vice president of public affairs. Before coming to Anheuser-Busch, Drenkard served as national press secretary for the House Republican Conference and director, media relations and public affairs for the American Legislative Exchange Council. In her new post, she will leading the NMMA’s strategic communications related to policy and government engagement. The NMMA has also named Joshua Jamison, who was previously a legislative manager for Rep. John Duarte (R-CA), as federal government relations manager.
