MMGY Global is acquired with investment funds managed by private equity firm EagleTree Capital. The company was previously owned by a partnership including Peninsula Capital Partners LLC as well as other shareholders, including current and former employees and the original founders of the business. MMGY Global’s management team will remain in place, and CEO Katie Briscoe will continue to lead the company. Executive chairman and former CEO Clayton Reid will continue to serve on the board of directors. EagleTree has decades of experience investing in marketing and travel-related businesses, including Northstar Travel Group, a B2B marketing services company dedicated to the global travel and meetings industries, and events management company PRA. “We are deeply impressed with MMGY Global’s data-driven approach to travel marketing and PR,” said EagleTree Senior Partner Michael Struble. “Katie, Clayton and the entire team have built an impressive platform which is helping evolve the face of travel. Jenna Brossman Capara

Brossman Communications, which specializes in real estate development, retail, restaurants, environmental, water and transportation projects, launches in London. Founded by Jenna Brossman Capara, who most recently worked at international consulting firm NV5, the new agency offers services including PR, media relations, social media, marketing, community outreach, branding, and events. Karen Hardie, who has worked at Publicis and M&C Saatchi, will serve as brand director, and Richard Knight, who has worked with clients including Unilever and the BBC, is coming on as the agency’s creative director. “Successful communications campaigns require a bespoke, big picture approach to strategy, merged with creativity, precise execution, ongoing evaluation and the ever important ability to pivot,” said Brossman Caprara. “We’re pleased to offer this approach.”


Hobart, Hallaway & Quayle Ventures, a government consulting and advisory firm, rebrands as VENTURE Government Strategies. The newly renamed firm is led by two former Republican members of the House of Representatives—Ben Quayle of Arizona and Kevin Yoder of Kansas. The rebranding initiative includes a fresh corporate identity, with a new company logo and website accompanying the new name.
