WPP appoints Jane Geraghty as chief client officer, effective in January. Geraghty is currently CEO of Landor & Fitch, WPP’s specialist brand and design consultancy, where she will remain a board member as executive chairman. She has also also served as Landor’s president, EMEA and managing director, and before that she was managing director at Naked Communications and content development director at iTV. She succeeds Lindsay Pattison, who will now be WPP chief people officer. Based in New York, Geraghty will be responsible for leading WPP’s key client relationships and overseeing the company’s global client leaders. “As an established member of our executive committee, she comes to this role with an in-depth knowledge of our clients, our agencies and our people,” said WPP CEO Mark Read. Former Landor managing director Christian Schroeder is rejoining the agency as global president, reporting to Geraghty.

Chris Peddy |
Ghost Tequila, a 100% agave small batch premium spiced tequila, hires Chris Peddy as CMO. Peddy was most recently CMO at Mast-Jägermeister. He previously ran his own brand consulting firm, Vagabond Brand Consulting, and was VP global brands and marketing at Beam Global Spirits. In his new role, Chris will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives nationally and internationally for the brand. "Chris is an outstanding storyteller and brand builder, the best I've seen in all my years across all beverage categories," said Ghost Tequila CEO Jeff Popkin.

Stibitz was most recently VP of marketing strategy, branding and communications at First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union. Before that, she was manager, public relations & communications at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom. In her new role, Stibitz will oversee and drive the strategic direction of corporate communications, public relations, media and reputation management efforts. “With Caitlin at the helm of corporate communications and media, we are now in position to advance our communications strategies, media presence and brand recognition through strategic purpose-driven story-telling."
