Travis Parman |
Philip Morris International has named Travis Parman VP, chief communications officer, US. Most recently, he was most recently CCO at AppHarvest, a tech-driven, sustainable food company based in Kentucky.
Parman previously held multiple roles with the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance in Paris, Nashville, and Yokohama, Japan—most recently as VP, international communications and global engagement.
He has also served in public relations and communications leadership roles at General Motors, Ally Financial and PulteGroup.
At PMI, Parman will lead communications for the company’s US business as the company focus on smoke-free alternative to cigarettes.
“With his passion for positive change and deep communications experience in the U.S. and internationally, Travis will be a valuable addition to our leadership team,” said PMI president, Americas region and CEO of US business Stacey Kennedy.
