Fabiola Williams, who was senior VP-global talent at Coty Inc., will join Brunswick Group in London on May 10 as group head of talent and human resources.
At the beauty products/cosmetics marketer, Williams was responsible for talent management, culture, diversity & inclusion, learning & development, and leadership and engagement for its more than 20K employees.
Earlier, she was people director at White Stuff, human resources director at the UK’s Dept. for Work and Pensions, group HR director at The Body Shop, and change program director at L’Oreal SA.
She joins Brunswick from McArthur Glen Group, where Williams was chief people officer since 2019.
Williams will report to Meaghan Ramsey, who is Brunswick’s chief people officer.
