Capital Impact Group, a Trenton, NJ based public affairs and business development firm, brings on Eash Haughton, a former legislative staffer to NJ Assemblywoman Verlina Reynolds-Jackson and aide in Gov. Phil Murphy’s administration, as director of public affairs. Haughton was most recently at Kivvit (now Avoq) as a senior associate, devising and implementing campaigns for government agencies, nonprofits, labor unions and corporate entities with a focus on behavior change, advocacy, coalitions management, and public education. In his new post, he serves as an advocate for clients’ legislative and regulatory issues and manages business development and procurement projects. “His extensive network of contacts with decision-makers across New Jersey at all levels of government will be a huge asset to our team and our clients,” said CIG principal Gerry Gibbs.

Onspring, a no-code SaaS GRC automation software, hires Michelle Randall as CMO. BEfore coming to Onspring, Michelle held CMO positions at Playvox, Splashtop Inc., Procare Solutions and Serenova. She was VP of of marketing and analytics at Comcast Business. At Onspring, Randall will will lead the company’s marketing department and drive growth marketing strategies and customer success initiatives. “Michelle brings decades of experience at B2B tech companies to strategically build brands and drive revenue across diverse markets,” said Onsprint CEO and co-founder Chris Pantaenius.

Dawson was most recently VP of portfolio strategy and chief of staff to the CEO at technology spend and value management company Apptio, which IBM acquired in 2023. She has also held senior marketing positions at Red Hat, HP Helion, Synform and Microsoft. Bill Hineline, who has experience in areas ranging from IT operations and engineering to digital marketing, comes on as field chief technology officer. "Both Margaret and Bill bring a wealth of experience helping customers increase the value and performance of critical technology platforms.
