Piacente Financial Communications handles China’s Zeekr electric vehicle company, which went public on the New York Stock Exchange in an IPO valued at more than $5B on May 10.
It was the largest Chinese public listing in the US since Didi Global raised $4.4B in 2021.
Formally known as Zhejiang Zeekr Intelligence Co., the company is the luxury brand Geeley Global.
Zeekr’s IPO “on the world’s most active and influential capital market is an important milestone in the company’s global journey,” Zeekr CEO Conghui An said in a statement.
Zeekr’s shares opened at $21 each and closed at $28.26 for a 34.6 percent first-day gain. They are now trading at $29.60.
