Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, hires Jeff Miller as its first head of marketing. Miller joins the company from Cruise, which makes self-driving vehicles, where he was VP of marketing. Before that, he was senior director of marketing, creative at Snapchat and worked at PepsiCo and Ogilvy & Mather. In his new post, Miller says he will work to raise the profile of how the company is breaking the status quo of legacy defense solutions. "Technological deterrence is more crucial than ever,” said Anduril Industries co-founder and executive chairman Trae Stephens, “and Jeff's proven record in storytelling will help redefine these vital issues."

Gong, a revenue intelligence platform, names Microsoft corporate VP of business applications marketing Emily He as CMO. At Microsoft, Ms. He led global marketing strategy and drove business growth for products and services targeting line-of-business buyers, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Prior to Microsoft, she was SVP global marketing at Oracle. At Gong, she will lead all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy and execution, helping accelerate its revenue intelligence category leadership. "Emily's expertise in leading global brand and marketing strategy for B2B organizations will accelerate our business momentum as we continue to innovate and expand our market reach," said Gong CEO Amit Bendov.

Constant Contact, a digital marketing and automation platform, brings on Sarah Jordan as CMO. Jordan was most recently CMO at EverCommerce, a commerce platform that provides vertically tailored SaaS solutions for service-based businesses. Before that, she was SVP of marketing strategy at PaySimple. At Constant Contact, Jordan will lead the corporate marketing, branding, acquisition, product marketing, content and communications teams. “Sarah is a data-driven leader who understands our core customer; the small business entrepreneur, and how to effectively market to them," said Constant Contact CEO Frank Vella.
