REQ, an Agital company after its acquisition in July 2023, names Elizabeth Shea as president. Shea came to REQ as EVP, public relations through the 2019 acquisition of SpeakerBox Communications, which she founded and ran for more than 20 years. She will lead the REQ team through its next phase of growth and an eventual rebrand to Agital in 2024. "Elizabeth’s leadership in growing her line of business as well as providing strategic direction for REQ makes her the natural successor for this role,” said Agital CEO Jeff Reynolds. “She will also contribute in a greater role as a member of Agital’s leadership team."

Li comes to the company from video game producer Riot Games, where she most recently served as global head of marketing. She previously led global brand strategy at Netflix and has overseen creative campaigns for brands including Procter & Gamble, ESPN and Budweiser.
