T&C has been in the news of late due to the arrests of five Americans charged with bringing ammunition into the country, which carries a mandatory minimum 12-year sentence.

Bryan Hagerich, the first American to go on trial, received a suspended 52-week sentence on May 24 and was fined $6,700. He had pleaded guilty to the charge.

FGS has partners Vickie Jordan Adams and Brandon Messina, who also serves as corporate counsel; managing director Ben Waldron, and senior associate Anna Jurew staffing the T&C business.

The team reports to Shonia Thomas-Been, T&C’s permanent secretary.
