R&J Strategic Communications promotes Dan Johnson to account director. Johnson has been with the firm since 2016, most recently serving as account supervisor. He was previously marketing coordinator at Weichert, Realtors and also served as district scheduler and outreach program coordinator for New Jersey Congressman Rodney Frelinghuysesn. In his new role, Johnson will be responsible for leading and managing the agency’s B2B account service team and will assist in setting the agency’s strategic direction as a member of the senior management committee. “Dan’s strong leadership style and strategic thinking have made him a valued asset to his clients and colleagues,” said R&J Strategic Communications president Scott Marioni.

Munroe was previously head of marketing at ETF company Global X. Before that, he held marketing and research roles with Liberty Mutual Insurance and Kantar (formerly MaPS). “He and I share a vision for the future of ETF distribution and the vital role that high-quality and well-executed marketing will play in elevating ProShares to the next level,” said ProShares’ CEO Michael L.
