Ryan Heath has moved to Robin AI, the artificial intelligence-powered legal assistant, as head of communications.
He joins London-based Robin AI from Axios, where he was global technology correspondent and co-author of its AI+ newsletter.
Earlier, Health was co-founder of Politico Europe, European Union tech spokesperson and speechwriter, and policy advisor in Tony Blair’s UK government.
At Robin AI, Heath will highlight the impact that its technology has on the legal sector and work to boost overall awareness of the company.
Richard Robinson, co-founder of Robin AI, said Heath’s “deep understanding of AI and his history of skillful reporting on complex technologies will be extremely valuable to us as we further establish our messaging in the US.”
Launched in 2019, Robin AI leverages the power of generative AI to automate and speed up the process of drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as extracting information from across entire contract repositories through simple search.
Robin AI’s customers include Pfizer, PepsiCo, General Electric, UBS, PwC, and Yum! Brands.
In January, the company raised $26M in Series B funding from a group led by Temasek, the Singapore-based investment company, to fuel its expansion.
