Smiley most recently founded and led his own public affairs firm, where he advised C-suite and nonprofit leaders. He has also worked on campaigns including Ray McGuire’s run for NYC mayor in 2021 and Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) in her successful 2018 re-election bid. Sandy previously served as communications director for Rep. Steiny joins the firm from HUNTER, where she held a variety of positions, most recently as VP, entertainment & sports. In her new position, she is tasked with growing VOX’s first official endorsements department, managing celebrity endorsement deals and projects for a celebrity client roster with than 200 clients, including J.K. Simmons, George Takei, Flea and Iggy Pop. “Peri has a market insight informed by both the rep and buyer side of the equation,” said VOX, Inc.
