Fanatics Betting & Gaming hires Selena Kalvaria as CMO. Kalvaria joins the company from Gucci Americas, where she most recently served as SVP, brand & client engagement. She was previously CMO at Away, a digitally native brand that offers a range of travel products. Kalvaria has also held marketing positions at Anheuser-Busch and Diageo. At Fanatics, she will oversee a team of around 40 marketing executives covering such areas as brand strategy, media, content, creative, communications and social media. One of her main objectives will be beefing up the platform’s outreach to women.

Allied Global Marketing promotes Melanie Wills to managing director, EMEA, based in London. Wills was previously VP partnerships, UK & Europe, at the firm. Prior to joining Allied in 2022, she was head of partnerships for CompareTheMarket.com, a UK price comparison website for insurance products. Before that, she was at London-based agency Lime Communications. In her new role, Wills will oversee the expansion and development of Allied’s suite of solutions across paid, earned and owned media, creative solutions and strategy & innovation, working with such clients as Amazon MGM Studios, Frontier Developments and Sega, as well as select projects for Sony and Studiocanal, to name a few. "Melanie’s promotion is a testament to her exceptional leadership skills and her dedication to driving success for our clients,” said Allied chief strategy officer Adam Cunningham.

Clari, an AI-powered revenue platform, appoints Claire Darling as CMO. Darling was most recently CMO at workplace software company Envoy. She has also served as CMO at Skybox Security and VP, marketing at Intapp. At Clari, Darling is tasked with accelerating the company’s reach and impact at it accelerates its revenue category leadership and expands its go-to-market frameworks. “Claire is a paragon of the modern chief marketing officer, with extensive expertise orchestrating brand, category creation, thought leadership, and go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth,” said Clari CEO Andy Byrne.
