Calvin Klein appoints Lila Staab as SVP, brand communications and culture. Staab joins the company after almost 15 years at Gucci, where she most recently served as SVP worldwide entertainment industry relations. In her new post, she will oversee Calvin Klein’s global entertainment relations and events, as well as leading integrated communications and influence strategies. “Her proven ability to shape ideas and partnerships that create lasting cultural impact will be a huge asset,” said Calvin Klein global chief marketing officer Jonathan Bottomley.

Narrative Strategies brings on Mathieu Roskovensky as its first CFO. Roskovensky joins the agency from PLUS Communications, where he has served as CFO since 2021 and led the sale of FP1 and PLUS Communications to Omnicom Group last year. He was previously CFO at DDC Public Affairs and has held controller and auditor positions at Verizon Enterprise Services and Deloitte. In his new position, Roskovensky will play an integral role within Narrative’s senior leadership team, managing and driving its financial strategy. “His wealth of knowledge will be instrumental in guiding our continued growth and ensuring investments are intentional, scalable, and align with our mission to deliver best-in-class strategic counsel and services to our clients,” said Narrative Strategies CEO and founding partner Ken Spain.

HUNTER adds Kasia Pandyra, Lindsey McElroy, Josh Kolker and Travis Rexroad to the senior staff of its Los Angeles office. Pandyra, former VP, celebrity & influencer strategy at The Marketing Arm and VP, entertainment at Ketchum, comes to the agency as SVP, entertainment, overseeing a bi-coastal team of specialists who support the agency and its clients on all celebrity programming. McElroy, a consultant to HUNTER since 2020, joins the agency full-time as VP, entertainment. She will help the agency’s entertainment team execute talent deals with actors, athletes, musicians and other high-profile personalities. Kolker comes on as senior director, entertainment from 160/90, where he represented brands such as Marriott and Visa. He also worked at William Morris Endeavor, where he negotiated endorsement deals for its baseball clients. At HUNTER, he will support the agency’s increased demand for athlete deals. Rexroad, who was most recently head of integrated marketing & corporate communications at cannabis tech company Weedmaps, is now an SVP in HUNTER’s retail and technology practice, specifically focused on Amazon. He previously worked at Taylor Strategy and FleishmanHillard, supporting such clients as Comcast, P&G, Diageo, GoPro and BMW.

GUT, a creative network with offices in Miami, Buenos Aires, São Paulo, Toronto, Mexico City, Los Angeles, Amsterdam and Madrid, names former Saatchi & Saatchi NY CMO Christine Prins as global chief communications officer, a newly created position. Prins most recently served as CMO at 22Squared. Before that, she was chief growth officer at kbs+ and held various growth positions at Publicis USA. Reporting to GUT global CEO Andrea Diquez, Prins will be responsible for all aspects of the network’s global communications. “Christine will help us focus our narrative globally and take our communications to the next level,” said Diquez.
