Praytell lands US PR & influencer duties for the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism. The agency is tasked with overseeing media relations, CIDOT’s visiting journalist program, influencer relations, thought leadership, issues and crisis consultation, travel trade and consumer publicity, and events for the US, the Cayman Islands’ largest source market. LongDrink

Magrino picks up ready-to-drink canned cocktail The Finnish Long Drink. The agency will work to amplify awareness for The Finnish Long Drink across all markets, leveraging such strategies as brand partnerships, campaigns and events—all interwoven with a PR-led strategic mindset. Magrino will collaborate with The Finnish Long Drink team and key stakeholders, to bolster awareness and support the brand, which launched in the US in 2018. Earlier this year, venture capital firm Marcy Venture Partners made a minority investment in the brand. The roots of long drinks go back to the 1952 Summer Games in Finland, when the drink was developed to quickly accommodate all the visitors to the games.

The Consultancy PR signs on to represent Eco Outdoor and BAS Stone. For Eco Outdoor, an Australian-founded design brand that produces natural stone and architectural surfaces, the agency will focus on brand positioning and storytelling, media relations and designer relations, as well as developing and executing a communications and event strategy around the unveiling of the company’s Los Angeles showroom. BAS Stone, a stone yard in New York City that specializes in sourcing exceptional stone from around the world, will work with the The Consultancy PR to develop and execute a communications strategy around the company’s expansion and opening of a new stone yard in Long Island City, as well as ongoing media relations.

Gunpowder, Inc. wins Latitude Outdoors, which develops ergonomic saddles, mobile hunting systems, and specialized climbing equipment, to its roster of brands in the hunting industry. Latitude Outdoors will rely on Gunpowder for public relations strategy, event management and strategic partnership development.
