Ethan Lyle, who most recently was head of business development for the Americas at Wachsman, comes on board at Avoq as general manager of the agency’s New York office.
At Wachsman, which specializes in blockchain, crypto and fintech clients, Lyle was also overall co-lead for its Americas business. He oversaw the agency’s corporate affairs and investor relations work as well.
Before coming to Wachsman, he was a VP at Teneo and worked at Kekst CNC and Ropes & Gray, in addition to serving as a field organizer in president Obama’s 2008 campaign and a staffer in the Obama administration’s Office of Management and Adminisration.
In his new post leading Avoq’s New York operations, his areas of focus will include growth, team management and post-merger integration.
Avoq, which completed the merger of Subject Matter and Kivvit earlier this year, is a portfolio company of LA-based private equity firm Coral Tree Partners.
