Formula E, a motorsport championship racing series for electric cars, names Ellie Norman CMO, effective Sept. 30. Norman, who was most recently chief communications officer at soccer team Manchester United, replaces Henry Chilcott, who is leaving the business this summer. She was previously chief marketing and communications officer at football club Formula 1 and has held roles at both Virgin Media and Honda. At Formula E, Norman’s remit for her new job has expanded to encompass brand, marketing, PR and corporate communications, digital and social media, and fan engagement. “With Ellie’s experience, and having worked with her at both Virgin Media and Honda, I know her dynamic approach to brand development and fan engagement will set her up for success at Formula E, and I’m delighted to have her on board,” said Formula E CEO Jeff Dodds.

Amentum, an engineering and technology solutions provider, names Nathan Rutledge SVP and head of investor relations. Rutledge most recently served as principal and head of investor relations at Booz Allen Hamilton where he led initiatives to enhance its IR strategy and approach. He has held various finance roles at Navient Corporation including as managing director and head of investor relations. In his new post, Rutledge will spearhead all investor relations activities leading up to and following Amentum’s merger with Jacobs’ Critical Mission Solutions and Cyber and Intelligence businesses and the combined company’s subsequent public listing. “Nathan joins Amentum with significant relevant experience and a proven track record delivering superior outcomes, playing a pivotal role in enhancing shareholder value and driving strategic initiatives," said Amentum CFO Travis Johnson.

Entergy New Orleans, formerly New Orleans Public Service Incorporated, an electric and natural gas utility, promotes Leroy Nix to its leadership team as VP of regulatory and public affairs. Nix was previously the company’s VP of federal strategic policy and stakeholder engagement. Before that he was director of market strategy at Southern Company Gas. In his new role, he will be responsible for Engergy New Orleans’s engagement with the New Orleans City Council and overall stakeholder outreach. “He brings a strong track record of delivering results and building relationships at the federal level, and he will be an immediate asset for our efforts locally in New Orleans,” said Deanna Rodriguez, Entergy New Orleans president and CEO.
