Narrative Strategies, a DC-based strategic communications and public affairs firm, expands into South Florida, opening an office in West Palm Beach. The new office will be led by managing director Matt Moon, alongside director Kelly O’Keefe. Before joining Narrative Strategies in 2023, Moon was deputy executive director at the National Republican Senatorial Committee. Prior to that, he was VP of advocacy at Business Roundtable. O’Keefe has been with Narrative since its founding in 2019, and previously worked in the office of U.S. Representative Brian Mast (R-FL). “Kelly and I look forward to expanding Narrative’s presence beyond the Beltway while helping clients manage the increasingly complex relationship between business and politics,” said Moon.

HR Tramsformed

Quinn PR outsources its human resource needs to HR Transformed, an HR consultancy started up by Allyns Melendez, who previously served as Quinn’s COO. HR Transformed will continue to service all of Quinn’s HR needs, including benefits, compensation, payroll, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, recruiting, 401(k), compliance and training needs. The C-Suite roles of overseeing finance, IT and operations at Quinn have been filled. Harris Poll

The Harris Poll, the public opinion and advisory firm that is part of Stagwell, acquires BERA, a predictive brand technology platform. The acquisition will integrate BERA's AI-powered brand insights and analytics platform into the Harris Quest suite, part of the Stagwell Marketing Cloud. The features added to Harris Quest will include advance predictive analytics, comprehensive brand valuation and enhanced audience targeting. "By combining BERA's predictive brand technology with Harris Quest's real-time insights, we will deliver a comprehensive solution that empowers marketers to connect brand investments to financial outcomes more effectively," said Stagwell chairman and CEO Mark Penn.
