Golin, an IPG agency, promotes Hollie Pantano to associate managing director, West Coast, a newly created role. Pantano was previously an executive director in Golin New York’s brand marketing practice. Before joining Golin in 2016, she was a VP at FleishmanHillard. In her new position, Pantano will partner with the existing Los Angeles and San Francisco leadership team to booost Golin's West Coast offering. She will focus on supporting new business efforts, fostering a best-in-class culture and advocating for agency-wide best practices. FINN Partners promotes Brent Wilson to global head of creative. Wilson was most recently a senior partner at AHA (Alling Henning Associates), which FINN acquired in 2022. Before joining AHA, he was SVP group creative director at Momentum Worldwide. In his new role, Wilson is charged with elevating the agency’s creative capabilities and delivering innovative, integrated solutions to help clients grow in the face of changes to market conditions, technology and the competitive landscape. Based out of FINN’s Portland office, Wilson leads a 55-person creative team spanning New York; Boston; London; Portland; Vancouver, Wash. and Washington DC. “With Brent leading our unified creative team, we will continue to deliver better, faster, stronger ideas to clients in the most efficient and effective manner possible — tapping into the very best people across the agency, regardless of geography,” said Noah Finn, FINN Partners founding managing partner, global integrated marketing.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store names Sarah Moore as CMO, effective July 22. Moore joins the company from MGM Resorts International, where she most recently served as SVP of marketing, spearheading marketing initiatives for a portfolio of hospitality brands that includes such resorts as Bellagio, ARIA and MGM Grand. Her areas of expertise encompass developing and growing digital marketing initiatives and customer loyalty programs. Established in 1969 in Lebanon, Tenn., Cracker Barrel and its affiliates operate approximately 660 company-owned Cracker Barrel Old Country Store locations in 44 states. "Sarah's hospitality focused leadership and deep experience evolving brands and accelerating growth across all disciplines of marketing will help us drive our strategic transformation and brand love as we reclaim our position as an industry leader," said Cracker Barrel president and CEO Julie Felss Masino.
