FGS Global brings on Josh Tzuker, who most recently served as chief of staff and senior counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice’s antitrust division, as the agency’s global head of antitrust and competition. Before joining the DoJ, Tzuker was senior policy advisor, competition and privacy, at Oracle as well as a lead attorney in Commissioner Terrell McSweeny’s office at the Federal Trade Commission. Based in Washington, D.C., he will focus on advising clients on communications and advocacy related to corporate competition, policy, cross-border investments and M&A, working closely with Brussels-based partner Sebastian Vos who recently joined FGS after a decade at Covington & Burling advising clients on EU antitrust and competition matters. “With his extensive experience from his recent leadership role in the DOJ’s Antitrust Division and previous role at the Federal Trade Commission, Josh will be an invaluable asset to our team, both in the U.S. and internationally,” said Alexander Geiser, Global CEO of FGS Global.

BSH Home Appliances Corporation hires Andrew de Lara as senior media relations & PR strategy manager and promotes Julia Henry to head of corporate communication & government affairs for North America. De Lara was most recently a communications/PR/brand consultant for athlete-marketing agency Athelo Group, and he has also overseen PR/strategic marketing for brands including Fisker, Lucas Oil, Oakley, Sprint and the LA Lakers. In his new post, he will be the primary PR/external communications strategist for BSH in the US, Canada and Mexico. Henry was previously head of corporate press and public relations at BSH’s Munich headquarters. Before coming to BSH, she worked for Fujitsu, Bain & Company and Daimler (Mercedes Benz + Smart).
