Hemann was most recently president, integrated activation at Real Chemistry, leading the growth of the firm’s social and digital media activation department. He previously led Real Chemistry’s analytics department and has also held senior posts at Intel, Golin, Edelman and Ogilvy. At Highwire, Hemann will work to identify, implement, and integrate strategic services across the agency. He will also be responsible for establishing new, innovative and more diverse omni-channel solutions. “Chuck's experience integrating acquired companies and building new service offerings will strengthen Highwire's approach to delivering holistic marketing and communications programs that drive business impact for leading technology and healthcare companies,” said Highwire PR CEO Kathleen Gratehouse.

Infinite Global hires Lavinia Calvert as its first chief marketing & business development officer. Calvert comes to the firm from software provider Intapp, Inc., where she was a VP and general manager. She has also served in multiple executive-level roles, including global head of strategy and marketing and managing director, Asia, for Reuters Media. In her new role, Calvert will lead Infinite Global’s marketing and business development functions. “Lavinia is one of the most well-respected leaders in our industry, with a broad range of experience in different sectors.
