Megan Bloomgren, who did a seven-year stint as senior VP-communications at the American Petroleum Institute, has returned to DCI Group as a partner.
She had worked at DCI Group from 2011 to 2016 before joining the Trump administration as director of communications at the Dept. of the Interior.
Besides serving as a key aide to Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, Bloomgren had communications and advisory roles at the Department of Energy, Environmental Protection Agency, and the White House Council on Environmental Quality.
