The Next Solutions Group, a reputation management firm that is a member of The Next Practices Group, names Carolyn Nagle as VP. Nagle joins NSG from Bayer, where she was an integrated strategic communications manager, working in various roles across the company’s US communications department, including operations, external communications, women's healthcare and oncology. In her new post, Nagle will support clients across the globe, reporting to NSG CEO Raymond F. Kerins Jr. "Her experience, knowledge and character make her a tremendous addition to this strong and growing team, and she will be an important part of the work we do for our clients to advance and protect reputation," said Kerins.

Hyundai Motor America, which is splitting its marketing department into two divisions, appoints Angela Zepeda, who was previously CMO, to head up its marketing creative division as chief creative officer, and names Sean Gilpin, who joined the company as VP, global sales marketing in July of last year, to also lead its marketing performance team as VP, marketing performance. Zepeda will oversee social, creative, experiential marketing and multicultural marketing, while Gilpin’s remit will include media buying, customer communications, tier-two marketing and marketing financial management. Each of the two teams will report to Hyundai Motor America CEO Randy Parker. Both Zepeda and Gilpin formerly worked at AOR Innocean, where Gilpin served as chief business officer and Zepeda was SVP, managing director.

UpSpring, a PR, digital marketing and creative agency, adds Christiana Forsberg to its PR team as a senior communications director. Forsberg joins the agency from Chicago-based H2 Public Relations, where she most recently served as director of editorial and new business, developing brand messaging for clients in the hospitality, lifestyle, travel and consumer sectors, as well as spearheading the opening of a new office in Denver. In her new role, Forsberg will drive strategy and brand messaging for a broad range of clients. She will also mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovative thinking. “We value her positivity and creative insights and look forward to seeing the positive impact she will have as a team leader,” said UpSpring CEO Tiffany Rafii.
