Qventus, a provider of AI-based software that automates care operations in operating rooms and inpatient settings, brings on Jamie Eisinger Burgess as SVP of marketing. Burgess joins Qventus from digital health platform BrightInsight, where she led global marketing and strategic partnerships. She previously held executive marketing positions at Flex and Qualcomm. At Qventus, Burgess will oversee brand and product marketing, growth marketing, creative and communications. "Jamie has a rich and impressive background defining new categories and building brands," said Oventus co-founder and CEO Mudit Garg.

Development Counsellors International promotes Vanessa Gonzalez-Hernandez to director of travel trade. Gonzalez-Hernandez joined DCI in November 2021 as an account manager, rising to the role of account director in 2023. In her new post, she will lead DCI’s travel trade division as it expands beyond the United States and Canada. Gonzalez-Hernandez will also lead DCI’s efforts to expand further into the hospitality sector, providing trade representation services for hotels, tour operators and destination management companies. “Vanessa has proven time and again what it means to be a leader.
