Summit Golf Brands, which manufactures golf apparel and sportswear, hires Thomas De Stio as CMO, a new role on the company’s executive leadership team. De Stio comes to the company from lifestyle brand LoveShackFancy, where he served as head of global digital & ecommerce. He was previously VP, worldwide digital & ecommerce at Tom Ford; director of digital for LVMH’s Loro Piana brand; and ecommerce operations manager for Gucci. In his new post, De Stio will oversee e-commerce and marketing strategy for Summit’s B. Draddy, Zero Restriction, Fairway & Greene, and EP New York brands. “Thomas has a track record of success everywhere he has been. He drives innovation in digital marketing and growth in ecommerce by putting the customer first” said Summit president Jack Lessing.

Sage Growth Partners, a Baltimore-based healthcare growth strategy and marketing firm, brings on Lara Sassounian as manager, PR and media relations. Sassounian was most recently CEO of Artfully Curated, a fine arts PR agency she founded in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area. Before that she was at Sage as a marketing consultant and worked at Davis Elen Advertising in LA. “Lara's hire further expands our media capabilities and gives us a strong presence within a major West Coast market," Sage Growth Partners CMO and managing partner Bob Hatter.
