FINN Partners promotes Samantha Lacher and Laura Anderson Sanchez to senior partner. At FINN, Lacher has leveraged her ability to spot trends, identify differentiators, capitalize on cultural moments and develop storylines to propel destinations, global hotel brands, boutique properties, sustainability programs, and thought leadership campaigns. In addition to crafting distinctive brand stories across the agency’s diverse roster of partners, Snachez also focuses on athlete partnerships, including work on eight Olympic Games to help organizations, athletes and brands make the most of the global stage. In their new roles, Lacher and Sanchez will work to drive business growth for the consumer lifestyle and sports group. imre names Tracy Zuto EVP, executive creative director across healthcare and consumer portfolios and brings on Malia Baker as SVP, group creative director, art. Zuto was previously EVP, group creative director at Concentric Life. She has also held senior creative positions at such companies as AstraZeneca, Pfizer and Sanofi. At Imre, Zuto will manage creative at the brand level and as a key strategic advisor, she will build strong client relationships, lead the creative team with a focus on excellence and innovation, and drive creative growth. Baker was most recently SVP, group creative director at advertising agency The Bloc. She has led creative for brands including Pfizer, Novartis and Merck. In her new post, Baker will oversee brand and creative strategy development, mentor teams, and lead new business initiatives. “Tracy and Malia’s combined expertise and passion for innovative, insight-driven creative will elevate our work across the agency’s complete portfolio of brands,” said imre chief creative officer Christian Bauman.

Kehm previously held senior-level roles at influencer marketing and licensing company BENlabs, where she led the charge in devising global PR and communications strategies, as well as event, partnership, and award strategies for both the product placement and influencer marketing divisions. At AOL she played a key role in shaping the B2B brand message and visual identity throughout Europe. At QYOU, Kehm will be responsible for overseeing all marketing and communications efforts for the company including executive communications, event and award strategies, and B2B initiatives that further extend the reach of QYOU’s creator-centric social campaigns for its clients. “We’re thrilled to welcome Karen to the team to help continue QYOU’s forward trajectory as we head into 2025,” said QYOU Media president Glenn Ginsburg.
