Atrium, a strategic communications agency, is launched by Clarity founder and former CEO Sami McCabe. The new agency aims to leverage data analytics and AI-driven insights to provide clients with more tangible results and clearer ROI on their communications investments. McCabe, who exited Clarity in January, has been developing Atrium's technology stack with his co-founder—AI and martech product leader André Carmo—since his departure. Atrium, which has already secured such clients as German company NEURA Robotics and HR tech platform TalentDesk, debuts with a team of six staffers experienced in communications, marketing and product development, spread across the US and Europe. “Atrium has been created from the ground up to reimagine what an effective and reliable communications agency can be," McCabe said. "We're excited to bring a new level of precision and accountability to the PR industry."

Hibu, which provides technology-enabled digital marketing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, acquires RevLocal, a digital marketing partner to SMBs and multi-location brands across the United States. Hibu is a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, a global alternative investment firm with $65 billion of capital under management. It says the RevLocal acquisition serves as a significant strategic expansion of its presence in the SMB market. “Combining these two great companies will further expand our reach to local businesses,” said Hibu CEO Kevin Jasper. “RevLocal’s customers, local market presence, products, and teams complement our expansion plans as we continue to grow our reach into our target market.”
