Kekst CNC represents Agriculture & Natural Solutions Acquisition Corp. as it acquires Australian Food & Agriculture Co. in a SPAC deal valued at $510M.

AFAC, which traces its history back to 1861, is one of Australia’s biggest diversified agriculture companies. It raises sheep and cattle; and grows crops such as cotton, rice, wheat, barley, canola, corn, chick peas and faba beans.
David Leuschen, ANSC chair and a third-generation Montana rancher, said the AFAC deal represents a once in a generation chance to combine with a major Australian agricultural company that owns some of that country’s most iconic properties.
