Edelman opens an office in Lima, Peru. With a 30-year history in Latin America, the agency already has operations in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico, and a regional team of 670 specialists. Carolina Palacios, who was previously South America president at Burson, will lead the new office as general manager. This expansion is part of a broader strategy to strengthen Edelman's presence in the region and highlights the agency’s belief in LATAM’s economic potential. The region represents a key part of the company’s global business, having experienced the highest growth within the firm in recent years. “Peru is a key market for many of our clients, and this new step will enable us to provide even greater support across our region,” said Edelman Latin America CEO Mariana Sanz.

Marketbridge, together with its financial sponsor RTC Partners, forms a new consultancy by combining with COMM, fama PR, Intelisent and Quarry. The new entity comprises more than 260 professionals across six locations in the US and Canada, partnering with more than 150 clients worldwide, including such brands across the technology, financial services, healthcare, industrial and consumer sectors as Microsoft, Guidehouse, Chevron and Flex. Prowly, an SaaS platform for PR professionals, partners with TVEyes, which provides broadcast media monitoring solutions, to offer near real-time monitoring for thousands of critical broadcast news channels worldwide, including major markets like the US and Canada. The partnership lets customers monitor, measure and report on news stories from broadcast outlets, and is complemented by over 7,000 newspapers and magazines globally (including licensed content typically hidden behind paywalls). Prowly’s users will have an overview of brand mentions across all communication channels: TV, radio, print, online and social media. “In the current market it’s more important than ever before for clients and brands to have a comprehensive view of mentions across all of the major types of influencer media,” said TVEyes chief commercial officer Daren Benzi . “Our new partnership enables Prowly to strengthen its offering as a comprehensive and global media monitoring solution.”
