Knox Systems, a federal AI-managed cloud provider, brings on Melissa Glauber, who led marketing for Palantir's defense business, as VP of marketing and communications. Glauber joins the company from Onebrief, which builds AI-powered workflow and collaboration software specifically designed for military and defense organizations, where she was also VP of marketing and communications. In her new role, Glauber will lead Knox's growth strategy and brand development, working with the company's leadership team to strengthen its position in the security and compliance ecosystem. “She has spent her career at the intersection of technology and national security, helping bring cutting-edge capabilities to the people and institutions that need them most,” said Knox Systems CEO Irina Denisenko.

Waterhouse Brands, a life sciences brand reputation agency, appoints Allison Myers, based in San Francisco, as group director and Allie Nicodemo as account director, working from the agency’s Boston office. Prior to joining Waterhouse, Myers founded a boutique life sciences consultancy focused on commercialization strategy and brand development. Previously, she held senior leadership positions at Inizio Evoke and Fingerpaint Marketing. At Waterhouse, she will serve as a senior strategic partner to the agency's account teams and clients, with a particular focus on connecting corporate brand and reputation to commercial strategy. Nicodemo previously led corporate affairs initiatives at Schrödinger, working with executive leadership to shape the company's thought leadership strategy and media engagement. Cure Alzheimer's Fund, a nonprofit dedicated to funding the most promising research on Alzheimer's disease, names Stephanie Wasco EVP of marketing and communications. Wasco joins CureAlz from Biocon Biologics, where she was SVP and head of communications for advanced markets. Before that, she was chief communications officer at The Jackson Laboratory and VP of corporate communications at PerkinElmer. In her new position, Wasco will lead CureAlz's brand, marketing, and communications strategy, advancing awareness of the organization's mission to fund research with the highest probability of preventing, slowing, or reversing Alzheimer's disease while strengthening engagement with donors and the public. "Her ability to translate scientific discovery into compelling stories will help broaden awareness of our mission and the extraordinary progress being made through Alzheimer's research,” said CureAlz CEO Meg Smith.
