Eric Andrus, a partner and RLM Finsbury staffer since 1998, has joined KARV Communications as executive VP.
The 30-year communications pro worked in the Clinton Administration as communications director for the Immigration and Naturalization Service and director of the US Information Agency's New York foreign press center.
Andrus also worked in NYC's economic development agencies and at government relations shop Geto & de Milly.
KARV is a corporate, financial and crisis communications shop that was established by Andrew Frank, also a Clinton administration and USIA alum.
Frank believes Andrus' insights and relationships would provide the two-year-old firm with "more fire-power" as it expands geographical reach and broadens client offerings.
