Goodman Media International is handling the kick-off of the first-ever Hess Toy Truck mobile museum, which is parked today at New York City's Rockefeller Center.
The vehicle hits the highway Nov. 1 from Rochester's Strong Museum, which is home of the National Toy Museum, for a seven-week tour of the East Coast. It features the first-time display of the entire Hess truck toy collection.

To mark the 50th anniversary of the Hess Truck, the company has commissioned an individually numbered tanker truck collector's editor.
The replica of the original 1964 tanker sells exclusively online for $45.99 with free shipping.
Starting Nov. 14, this year's Hess toy is available at participating gas stations (Hess and WilcoHess). It is available now online at hesstoytruck.com.
