kim ruckerKim Rucker, executive VP-corporate & legal affairs and general counsel, is among ten Kraft executives who are leaving the firm, following the July 1 shareholder vote to approve its corporate mash-up with Heinz, a deal engineered by Brazil's 3G Capital and Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway.

Ten of the dozen top executives to lead the resulting $28B behemoth come from Heinz.

Rucker joined Kraft from Avon Products in 2012, She led Avon's government affairs, intellectual property, governance and litigation units.

Rucker also worked at Energy Future Holdings, Kimberly-Clark and Sidley Austin.

Jane Hilk, Kraft's chief marketing officer and beverages and snack nuts unit president, also will exit following merger.

Michael Mullen, who led corporate and government affairs for HJ Heinz, has been named to a similar role in the newly combined Kraft Heinz Company.
