Redwood Pacific Public Affairs is providing pro bono PR help to Anthony Sadler, one of the three Americans who helped foil a terrorist aboard a train in France earlier this month.
RPPA principal Aaron McLear, a former spokesman ex-Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, told the Sacramento Bee that Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson, a family friend of the Sadlers, asked McLear to help the Sadler family deal with the sudden celebrity that followed global news interest in the heroic act.
The 23-year-old Sadler (pictured, second from left) is a senior at Sacramento State University. He and two longtime friends -- Spencer Stone and Alek Skarlatos -- subdued the train gunmen while traveling from Amsterdam to Paris.
France honored the trio last week.
