New York-based RF|Binder has appointed Aman Singh senior managing editor of content strategy.

Aman SinghIt’s a new role created by the independent agency in a bid to bolster its growing corporate and brand purpose practice. RF|Binder in January appointed former MSLGROUP corporate and brand citizenship global practice director Scott Beaudoin to serve as chief strategy officer and executive managing director of the firm’s corporate and brand purpose practice, which focuses on corporate social responsibility and devising purpose-driven strategies for clients.

Singh joins RF|Binder from Edelman, where she served as vice president of business and social purpose. Prior to that she was editorial director of media company CSRwire, where she led news distribution, created stakeholder engagement campaigns and grew its CSR/sustainability reporting services. She was also a contributing writer for Forbes’ CSR Blog and a corporate responsibility senior editor for employer ranking and review site Vault.com.

As content strategy senior managing editor, Singh will be stationed in New York and will report to Beaudoin, who in a statement wrote that Singh’s “addition to the firm is a testament to our commitment to this practice and the accelerated growth we are experiencing.”

RF|Binder in 2015 posted $12.7 million in net fees, according to O'Dwyer's rankings of PR firms.
