Kate Cafaro has joined the brands team of Los Angeles-based entertainment and lifestyle agency Fifteen Minutes, where she been appointed brands division account supervisor.
Cafaro is the former PR head of Red Bull Records, the independent record label formed in 2007 by energy drink parent company Red Bull. Prior to that she was senior director of publicity at Warner Bros. Records. She also served as a senior publicist for defunct music publication Blender Magazine, was a publicist at independent music publicity and marketing firm Big Hassle and a publicity coordinator at RCA Records.
As account supervisor, Cafaro will play a senior role on a number of the agency’s brands accounts, and will expand the agency’s footprint in the music space. She brings with her two Red Bull Records artists, AWOLNATION and Beartooth, and will continue representing those artists at Fifteen Minutes.
Fifteen Minutes managing partner Ryan Croy referred to Cafaro as “an incredibly talented publicist who brings a tremendous amount of entertainment industry communications experience to the agency.”
