AMP provided a list of 25 invoices naming Samsung as the “customer” which totaled $2,997,149 as of Oct. 27, 2015.
Payments totaling $2,708,000 had been received but that left a total of $289,149 that had not been paid, according to the suit filed June 7 in New York State Supreme Court. MWW’s address was listed as 304 Park ave. South.
Michael Kempner, CEO of MWW, was quoted in The Bergen Record as saying that “the matter is nothing more than a contract dispute that will be resolved in due course.” There was no immediate comment from Kempner to this website on the suit.
MWW has been in news lately because of its employment of Anthony Weiner as a consultant last year for several months and its linkage to lobbyist Patricia Lynch, whose staffers had offices at MWW/New York.
Scholastic, a supplier to MWW for creation of educational materials and related services, sued MWW on April 19, 2016 on charges of non-payment of $699,377.

Byte Dept. sued MWW on March 22, 2016 claiming it is owed $130,800 for providing “instructor, staffing and support services in connection with the 2015 APP Academy.”

MWW in 2014 sued the McDonald’s New York Tri-State Owner/Operators Assn. for $5.2 million, claiming it had been wrongly fired because it was also working for an unnamed “casual dining restaurant.” Neither MWW nor McDonald’s will comment on the suit.
