The new office, a 4,500-square-foot space located at 100 California Street in the city’s Financial District, will allow the agency to grow staff and better serve its west coast clients.
PAN, which acquired San Francisco-based tech PR firm Vantage PR in December, has until present occupied that agency’s 90 New Montgomery offices, which assumed the PAN banner in April. That location is set to shutter July 1.
In light of the new digs, the agency has also boosted its Bay Area leadership with the appointment of Joseph Martorano as the new San Francisco office's director. Martorano arrives at PAN from San Francisco tech PR specialist Sparkpr, where he served as senior director. He previously held manager roles at Portland, OR-based PR marketing agency Chartreuse PR and test and measurement device manufacturer Tektronix.
Martorano will report to executive VP and managing director Rob Adler, who oversees the agency’s San Francisco and Orlando operations.
Boston-based PAN in 2015 revealed more than $13.1 million in net fees, accounting for more than 24 percent growth from the year prior, according to O’Dwyer’s rankings of PR firms.
