Financial agency Dukas Linden Public Relations announced today that its management team has promoted three senior executives. Stephanie Dressler, Sean Dougherty and Zach Kouwe have each been appointed to the position of senior vice president.

Dressler, who joined DLPR in 2012, was previously a senior associate with communications and management advisory consultancy Montieth & Company. She oversees DLPR’s wealth and asset management group, which manages many of agency’s financial services accounts.

Dougherty was hired by DLPR six years ago to serve as a director in the firm’s Financial Services practice. A former vice president at MWWPR and Stern Strategy Group (formerly Stern & Associates), Dougherty spent his early career as a senior account executive with number-one independent Edelman. At DLPR he establishes and manages media relations programs for the agency’s professional services group.

Kouwe arrived at DLPR in 2011. He was a financial writer prior to joining the firm, and spent nearly a decade as a business journalist for The New York Times, New York Post and Dow Jones, among others. He now helps manage many of the agency’s alternative asset manager accounts, as well as activist campaigns and specialized financial services providers.

The agency also reported that it has appointed Ted Smith to the role of vice president. Smith, who joined DLPR in 2013 from the securities industry's sell-side, was formerly a sales and liability management associate at Miller Tabak Roberts Securities and a financial and commodity futures execution trader at MF Global. Smith now manages a group of DLPR’s institutional and alternatives clients.

DLPR also announced last week that it had promoted senior VP Zach Leibowitz to the role of executive vice president.

New York-based Dukas Linden Public Relations in 2015 brought in nearly $5.3 million in finance-related net fees.
