Previously, he was executive VP for international affairs at Biotechnology Industry Organization, where he directed diplomatic, legislative, regulatory and communications strategy, and was also international deputy VP at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers Association.
Darragh previously served in several U.S. government positions, including principal deputy assistant secretary of defense, principal trade negotiator at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and senior advisor to the Deputy Secretary of the Treasury. He also served on the White House National Security Council staff as director for global issues and multilateral affairs.
At FTI, Darragh will advise clients and work with senior advisors in both the United States and globally to develop strategies for the agency’s public affairs clients.
