Don McIver, 5W Public Relations’ former chief operating officer, has reunited with that New York independent agency to once again fill the COO position.

McIver, who was with 5W until 2014, originally joined the agency in 2012. He was previously with Bedminster, NJ-based firm Beckerman, where he held the COO slot since 2007. Prior to that he was COO at MWWPR (then MWW Group), a role he held for seven years. He was previously human resources group manager at insurance data company ISO Inc.
As 5W COO, McIver will oversee company operations and will devise strategies to improve efficiencies, enhance clients service and drive company growth.
5W in 2015 accounted for nearly $21.5 million in net fees, according to O’Dwyer’s rankings of PR firms.
