PR and marketing communications agency BizCom Associates has appointed Melissa Rubin to the role of account supervisor.

Rubin arrives at BizCom from NJ-based Rosica Communications, where she also held the position of account supervisor. Prior to that she was an account supervisor at Redpoint Marketing PR, where she worked for eight years and served PR clients within the travel, hospitality and home and interior design sectors. She was also an assistant account executive at advertising, design and digital agency Deutsch, Inc.
Rubin will help now support BizCom’s growth by generating ideas and leads that build the agency’s client portfolio.
Plano, TX-based BizCom in 2015 accounted for more than $595,000 in net fees, according to O’Dwyer’s rankings of PR firms. Clients include Huddle House, Solera, RedBrick Pizza, Red Mango Yogurt Café Smoothie & Juice Bar, Smoothie Factory, UFood Grill and Vent-A-Hood.
