Travis Bullard, corporate communications manager for Cisco in Raleigh, has moved to APCO Worldwide's Raleigh officer as a director.
Earlier, Bullard developed and directed a corporate PR function for GlobalFoundries, a venture of AMD and Mubadala Development Corp. of Abu Dhabi, and also managed corporate PR for AMD.
Kelly Williamson is Raleigh managing director for APCO.
