Boston-based PAN Communications is looking to new VP of Digital Michele Frost to integrate the firm’s digital offerings across all forms of PR, marketing and media for its tech, healthcare and consumer clients.

Frost joins the agency from marketing and recruiting management experts Blackboard. Prior to that she was director of marketing at Boston Children’s Hospital and VP of digital marketing at Forrester Research.
“Brands understand the importance of integrating earned media efforts with content marketing and data insights, so it’s important that PAN continue to hire leaders with skill sets that match the challenges our clients face,” Philip A. Nardone, Jr., PAN president and CEO, said.
Nardone pointed out that more and more brands are looking to outsource integrated approaches to better fit overall marketing and sales objectives.
