Kaiser joined the Atlanta-headquartered service organization in 1998, first working as a graphic designer before being assigned director roles in the organization’s design/production and creative services departments. He was named national VP of creative and digital integration in 2013. Prior to joining the national non-profit, he was an art director at marketing agency MediaWorks.
As marketing and communications senior VP, Kaiser will head the youth development organization’s branding and marketing efforts.
