
Ketchum in a statement said the merger is intended to broaden both units’ capabilities and provide a more competitive offering to clients. Previously, both units had operated under Omnicom Group’s marketing services division, The DAS Group of Companies.
Daggerwing Group CEO Ewan Main has been tapped to lead the new entity. Main will be joined by senior leadership from both Daggerwing Group and Ketchum Change, including: president Cheryl Ferguson, who co-founded Daggerwing Health in 2004; Daggerwing Group COO Matt Sinacori; Ketchum Change EMEA regional director Paul Teuton; Ketchum Change SVP and North America director Michelle Mahony; Ketchum Change SVP and Asia Pacific regional director Gretchen Huestis; and Ketchum Change VP and director of finance Rich Pacheco.
Daggerwing, which was founded in 1999, is headquartered in New York and operates throughout North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
