Pompigne-Mognard in a statement said the company is looking for “a growth-oriented business driver who can leverage the company's market leadership and service offerings,” as well as someone who will “provide executive leadership and manage day-to-day decisions” and “recognize and create opportunities.”
Pompigne-Mognard plans to assume a chairmanship function once the incoming executive is found.
