Under the one-year contract, Israel-based Mer will work with a special envoy from the DRC related to engagement in bilateral diplomacy with the US.
Mer's team is responsible for generating interest and the participation of senior level Administration officials and policymakers in key Congressional committees, according to its engagement letter with the DRC.
The firm describes its overall goal in the DRC as promoting peace, stability and prosperity for the Congolese people.
